A driver on the highway at dusk, hands on the wheel

Car accident and personal injury

After an accident, the clock is already running.

Florida gives you 14 days from the crash to be seen or you can lose your PIP benefits. Free consultation, same day, and most accident patients pay nothing out of pocket. Dr. Frank has treated Central Florida accident patients since 2009.

Pick the date and we'll show you your exact deadline, not a vague "two weeks."

14 days

Florida law gives you 14 days from the accident to be seen or you can lose your PIP benefits entirely.

$0 out of pocket

Most accident patients pay nothing while treating. PIP and a Letter of Protection cover the care.

Same day

Accident consultations are free and we get you in today or tomorrow, inside your window.

The part nobody tells you

What waiting actually costs you

Most people who lose their benefits didn't decide to. They just felt okay for a few days.

  1. Day 1 to 3: adrenaline is lying to you

You walked away, so you assume you're fine. Whiplash, disc injuries, and concussion symptoms routinely show up 24 to 72 hours after impact, once the adrenaline wears off.

  2. Day 4 to 10: the pain shows up, the record does not

Now your neck hurts, but nothing on paper connects it to the crash. Every day between the accident and your first exam is a day the insurer gets to argue about.

  3. Day 15: the door closes

Miss the 14-day window and Florida lets the insurer deny your PIP medical benefits entirely. Up to $10,000 of coverage you already paid for, gone, because nobody told you the rule.

Why here

Why a chiropractor, and why this one

An ER visit clears you of anything life-threatening. It does not treat the sprained ligaments, jammed joints, and irritated nerves that a rear-end collision leaves behind. Those are exactly what a chiropractor treats, and Florida counts the visit toward your 14-day window.

Dr. Frank has treated Central Florida accident patients since 2009. He knows what an insurer's reviewer looks for in a record, what an attorney needs in a narrative report, and how to document an emergency medical condition when one exists so your coverage isn't capped at $2,500.

You also get the same doctor every visit. In a personal injury case, consistency in your record matters. One examiner, one narrative, start to finish.

A steadying hand on a shoulder

Support first. Paperwork second.

What we treat after a crash

The injuries that show up two days later.

Most accident injuries do not hurt at the scene. They hurt on Wednesday, after the adrenaline wears off and the window is half gone.

  • Whiplash
  • Neck and back sprain or strain
  • Disc injuries
  • Post-impact headaches
  • Shoulder and hip pain
  • Numbness and tingling

How it works

Three steps. The first one takes a minute.

  1. 1

    Tell us when it happened

Use the date box above or tell Ava. We get you a time today or tomorrow, inside your window.

  2. 2

    Get examined and documented

History, orthopedic and neurological exam, and a record written the way insurers and attorneys need it. About 45 minutes.

  3. 3

    Start treatment, pay nothing

Gentle care starts the same visit. PIP and, if needed, a Letter of Protection cover it. You leave knowing what is injured and what it will take.

Already have an attorney?

We coordinate directly with them. Bring their name to your first visit and we handle the rest. Records and narrative reports go out within 48 hours of a request.

Don't have one?

You don't need one to start. Come in, get checked, protect your benefits. If you decide you want an attorney, Dr. Frank can introduce you to ones he trusts. That is his call and his list, made in person.

You are in good hands with Dr. Frank! Don't damage your body more with surgeries or shots that you're being told is the only option! It's not, try Dr. Frank & see how he can alleviate your pains by getting your body back into proper alignment and more natural processes that our bodies were designed for.

Highly recommend Frank! He really cares and knows what he's doing. My back and neck pain have improved so much in less than a month and I feel way better thanks to him.

Fair questions

What people ask after an accident.

I feel fine. Isn't this overreacting?

Getting checked when you feel fine is the smart move, not the dramatic one. If Dr. Frank finds nothing, you leave with a clean record and your benefits protected. If he finds something, you caught it before it set in. Either way it cost you nothing.

I can't afford treatment right now.

Most accident patients here pay nothing out of pocket. PIP covers care up to your policy limit, and a Letter of Protection means anything beyond that gets paid out of your case, not your checking account. The consultation itself is free.

The other driver's insurance said they'd take care of it.

They may, eventually. But Florida is a no-fault state, so your own PIP pays first, and it only pays if you're seen inside 14 days. Getting checked now doesn't hurt your claim against the other driver. It's what makes that claim provable.

I don't have a lawyer and I'm not sure I want one.

You don't need one to get treated. Come in, get examined, protect your benefits. If you decide later that you want an attorney, Dr. Frank can introduce you to ones he trusts. That's his call and his list, made in person, never a referral fee.

Will you work with my attorney?

Yes. Bring their name to your first visit and we coordinate directly. Narrative reports and records go out within 48 hours of a request.

How long do I have to see a doctor after a car accident in Florida?

Fourteen days. Florida law gives you 14 days from the accident to be seen by a qualifying provider. Miss that window and you can lose your PIP benefits entirely, even if your injury is real and documented later.

What is a Letter of Protection?

It is an agreement that your treatment gets paid out of your settlement rather than up front. It is why most accident patients here pay nothing out of pocket while they are treating.

What should I bring to my first accident visit?

Your ID, your insurance card, and the crash report if you have it. If you do not have the report yet, come anyway. We can start without it.
