What you are agreeing to
When you give us your mobile number through this website, our chat assistant, or by texting one of our numbers, you agree that Spine Way Chiropractic may send you text messages about scheduling: appointment offers, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up if you did not finish booking.
How often
Message frequency varies with your conversation and your appointments. Most people get a handful of messages around a visit, not a recurring campaign.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we stop immediately. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or call the office at (689) 318-4081.
Quiet hours
Automated messages are not sent between 8pm and 8am Eastern. If you text us during those hours, you may get a reply from our assistant, because you started the conversation.
What not to send
Please do not send medical details, insurance ID numbers, Social Security numbers, or photos of injuries by text. Text is not a secure channel. Bring that to your visit instead. Our assistant is built not to ask for any of it.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. If something is urgent, call the office. If it is an emergency, call 911.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number for marketing purposes. See our privacy policy for how we handle what you send us.
