Back, neck, headaches, sciatica

You've been working around it for weeks. Let's make it stop.

Most people are moving better after the first visit. $99 covers the exam, the consultation, and your first adjustment with Dr. Frank. One doctor, one price, and a straight answer about how long it should take.

Sound familiar?

Nobody made a decision. It just quietly came off the list.

You stretch. You take something. You sleep on it wrong and start over.

The pain isn't constant, which is why you keep telling yourself it's fine. Then you reach for something on a low shelf and it reminds you who's in charge.

You've stopped doing things without admitting it.

The yard. The gym. Picking up a grandkid. Sitting through a whole movie. Nobody made a decision. It just quietly came off the list.

You shouldn't have to plan your life around your back.

Pain that has lasted more than a couple of weeks is not going to leave on its own. It's telling you something is stuck. Somebody needs to go find it.

The part nobody explains

Why it keeps coming back

Here's the thing nobody explains at urgent care. Pain is the alarm, not the problem. The problem is usually a joint that has stopped moving the way it should, or a disc pressing where it shouldn't. The muscles around it tighten to protect it, and that tightness is what you feel.

Rest lets the alarm quiet down. Muscle relaxers turn the alarm off. Neither one moves the joint. So the second you go back to your life, the same thing that was stuck is still stuck, and the alarm goes off again.

A chiropractor's whole job is to find the thing that's stuck and move it. That's why people who have been living with something for months are often surprised at how fast it changes once someone actually addresses the cause.

How it works

Three steps. The first one takes a minute.

  1. 1

    Pick a time

Real openings from Dr. Frank's calendar, most days this week. Sixty seconds, and your confirmation text arrives inside a minute.

  2. 2

Get examined and treated the same visit

History, orthopedic and neurological exam, and in most cases your first adjustment before you leave. About 45 minutes. $99 total.

  3. 3

    Leave with a straight answer

How many visits it should take, what it'll cost, and what to do at home. No twelve-month package. No pressure. Adjustments after the first visit are $50.

Meet Dr. Frank

I got into this because someone did it for me.

I was a kid who got hurt and got told to live with it. Then somebody put their hands on my back and gave me my life back in twenty minutes. That was it for me. I became a chiropractor, and I have been treating Central Florida patients since 2009.

I have been treating Central Florida patients since 2009. Retirees, roofers, nurses, teachers, people who got rear-ended on 46 and did not know they had two weeks to get checked. What I have learned is that most people wait too long, and they wait because they are worried about the bill.

So I keep the prices where a working person can say yes, and I tell you on day one how long it should take. If I cannot help you, I will say so and point you to who can. That is what I mean by chiropractic for all.

The first visit

$99

Your first visit, all of it.

Compare that to a specialist visit that ends with a referral and a prescription, or another month of hoping it goes away. $99 to know what's wrong and start fixing it.

Adjustment visits after the first are $50. No packages, no contracts.

Rather split it up? Monthly payments through Cherry take about a minute to set up, and applying won't affect your credit score.

Fair questions

What people want to know before they book.

I've tried a chiropractor before and it didn't last.

Some offices adjust everyone the same way and sell a year of visits. Dr. Frank examines first, treats what he finds, and tells you on day one how many visits it should take. If he can't help, he says so and points you to who can.

I'm worried it'll hurt.

It shouldn't. Most people describe relief, not pain. If a manual adjustment isn't right for you, there's a gentler instrument technique and decompression, which is a slow stretch on a table.

What if I need to see a specialist?

Then you'll hear it from Dr. Frank on the first visit, along with who to see. The exam is the same exam an orthopedist starts with, and you'll leave knowing whether imaging or a referral makes sense.

I don't have time for a bunch of appointments.

Most everyday cases improve inside 4 to 6 visits, each about 20 minutes after the first. It's less time than you've already spent working around it.

What happens on my first visit?

Dr. Frank takes your history, examines you, explains what he found in plain English, and in most cases treats you the same visit. Plan on about 45 minutes.

Do you take insurance?

Yes for many plans, and there is a transparent cash price for everyone else. The fee schedule is right on this page so nothing is a surprise.

Does an adjustment hurt?

It should not. Most people describe relief rather than pain. If a manual adjustment is not right for you, Dr. Frank uses a gentler technique instead.

How many visits will I need?

Most everyday cases improve inside 4 to 6 visits. Dr. Frank gives you a straight answer on day one rather than an open-ended plan.
